At AWax LaserWorks, we take pride in creating high-quality custom laser engraved products. Because many of our items are personalized specifically for each customer, our return policy differs from standard retail products. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless:

- The item arrives damaged

- The wrong item was sent

- There is a manufacturing defect in product material or incorrect personalization on our part.

This includes products with:

- Names

- Dates

- Logos

- Custom artwork

- Business branding

- Personalized text

- Customer-submitted designs

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL SPELLING, DATES, DIMENSIONS, AND DESIGN APPROVALS BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

- Unused

- In original condition

- In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Design Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for approving all proofs, mockups, and customization details before production.

Once Approval is Given:

- Production begins and changes may not be possible. Orders cannot be canceled once engraving has started

We are not responsible for customer-approved errors including:

- Spelling mistakes

- Incorrect sizing

- Low-resolution artwork provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started

After production begins, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to material and labor charges.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

- Delays caused by shipping carriers

- Lost packages marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

- Please verify your shipping information carefully before checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
