The natural variances in the grain of the beautiful birch plywood from which our maps are made, ensures that each piece is a unique works of art. Once the map is cut it is mounted on a blue board to highlight the water, and placed inside a beautifully stained hand-crafted frame, then coated with multiple layers of clearcoat for a lustrous shine. Each map has a sawtooth style hanger mounted on the back for easy hanging.
